1M到10M之间按宽高分别20%的压缩比例进行压缩，当压缩到大于300kb小于1M以内，为防止压缩过小，此时按照宽高分别80%的比例进行压缩，直至到300k以内；比例不是固定，可以根据实际情况进行相应的调节
